Yesterday afternoon I came home and when I walked in the bathroom to have a quick shower before dinner, I noticed the overpowering smell of men cologne. I wondered at first why the men cologne was so strong, and as I stepped on the bath mat, I found out why. It was wet and when I reached down and touched it with my finger; I could see immediately that it was the men cologne. It wasn’t one of the bottles that my husband never wears, it happened to be his favorite. I knew there was no way he had spilled it and left the rug laying there, and when I looked in the cabinet to see if the bottle of the men cologne was there, I saw that it was, but it was empty. I walked into the kitchen where my youngest son was sitting looking as though he was going to cry. He also smelled very strongly of the men cologne. Before I could even ask him about it, he confessed that he was going to put some on and he dropped it on the rug and it spilled everywhere. Poor little guy. I told him not to worry but next time to ask before he used it. I told him I’d order his dad a new bottle online after dinner and all would be fine.
