My husband and I recently had a romantic week away at the beach and I was surprised the first night when I came out of the bathroom and there was a perfume gift set lying on the bed. At first I thought that someone from housekeeping had left the perfume gift set, but when I looked and realized that it was my favorite brand of women’s perfume, I knew better. My husband smiled and commented that he wanted to surprise me with something that would be easy to sneak in the suitcase without me seeing, plus he wanted it to be something that I’d enjoy. I couldn’t help but smile when I saw it and asked him when he’d had the time to order the perfume gift set. He admitted that he had asked his personal assistant to do it and she had it sent to the office so I wouldn’t see it. It was quite sneaky of him but I have to say that it’s one of the sweetest things he’s done for me in a while. We had a great vacation and plan to take another in the fall.
