perfumes and colognes, men cologne The other day I watched a Discovery Channel program called The Science of Sex Appeal. It broke down a bunch of different things like meanings behind body posture and how scent affects our judgment. I wasn’t able to attach it below because it was disabled from embedding but you can find it with a quick search online. The gist of it was scientists put different tee-shirts from different people in jars. Some held the scent of family members, which garnered a negative reaction from the participants but ones from a significant other were attractive to those same people.

It went on to say humans have a natural ability to use scent as an attractor or detractor. This all leads to the importance of pleasant perfumes and colognes. If we are infused with traits to use scent as a way to judge others then the importance of smelling good with perfumes and colognes is no joke. It may be unconscious but scent counts for a lot. That’s why I really want this new men cologne bottle I smelled in a mag. then found online.
