Scent has been a part of the human psyche probably more back in the days of cave men then it is used today even though it is still important. Back then our prehistoric ancestors used scent as a way to spot danger, find a mate, and survive. Today we look to perfumes and colognes to smell good. It is more of just a method for attraction now. There are countless scientific studies pointing to just how far scent can effect what someone thinks of someone else. The jury is in that it is better to smell good then bad.
From an attraction standpoint, some of it comes from natural pheromones but also perfumes and colognes. I’m sure there is some girl out there who likes the smell of my sweat but I don’t want to put all my eggs in this basket. Pretty sure more people don’t want to be anywhere near that smell so I like most people turn to men cologne fragrances. I have actually been looking for a new bottle online.
