Perfume Gift Set
This year I was surprised when my best friend gave me a perfume gift set of my favorite perfume for Christmas. For the last ten years we’ve given each other a book along with a weekend retreat that the two of us usually take together in January sometime. We call it our recovery from the holidays and we both look forward to the annual trek. The thing that surprised me is that that is the only gift we usually give each other, and it just so happened that I also bought her a perfume gift set this year as a little extra something, so imagine my surprise when I opened the box and she’d done the same thing.
The perfume gift set I ordered for her online was different than the one she’d given me, but mine was for my favorite perfume and hers was also for her favorite. The funny thing was she said that she’d noticed that I was almost out of my favorite perfume, so she decided to order me the perfume gift set, and that is the exact same reason I’d ordered one for her. They don’t call us best friends for nothing.
