Like me, my girlfriend had a short wish list prior to Christmas. I have found the best way to get what you want is to ask for one or two things. That way there is not really room for another pair of tube socks or dried fruits. She asked for a specific perfume gift set on the wish list. I was about one click away from getting it for her but got an inclination her parents already had it wrapped up for her under the tree when she got in. I instead went another route and sure enough the perfume gift set was one of the presents she unwrapped come Christmas morning.
Good thing too. One Christmas she got me the same thing, my mom did for me, creating an awkward situation. One of them had to return their gift so I didn’t have doubles. Not the best thing to do during the season of giving. This year I avoided doing the same thing. Under my tree I too got the awesome bottle of men cologne I asked for. All in all it smells like it was a very great Christmas for both of us.
