men cologne Attached below is a men cologne commercial meant to be awesome and enticing to all the moustache clad gents of 1985. Not intentionally funny but pretty hilarious over twenty years later, this men cologne ad takes the standard product marketing formula adds a catchy 80’s tune, pretty blond and the keywords, “Cool, Quiet, Confidence” to make a commercial which I hope will brighten your day. I know it had me laughing. Blue Stratos just seems like a powerful fragrance only a man with a mustache could pull off.

 This men cologne commercial reminded me of my dad’s mid 80’s to early 90’s mustache. It was more or less on par with the guy in the commercial. I just wish I could grow one out for at least a couple days. Who doesn’t respect a moustache especially worn by a guy who smells great. That at least was the thought process behind this TV ad. A friend who as a joke grew out a whispy, lose haired moustache a couple months ago for some laughs must have taken a not from this commercial. Let just say he wouldn’t have been allowed a table for one at Chuckie Cheese with the new look. His girlfriend made him shave it later that night.
