perfume gift setThis fall I'm going to start ordering perfume gift sets for the women I give presents to. I decided that it's time to shift away from giving hand knit gifts to giving perfume gift sets. For the last several years I've been giving hand knit scarves to my male and female friends, so their supply of scarves is adequate. Over the summer, I discovered that buying perfume gift sets is a whole lot easier, and many times, less expensive than buying exotic yarns for scarves. I like to give things that I think people will enjoy and find useful at the same time for Christmas presents.

Perfume seems to be a nice thing to give to my women friends. They all like to wear it and much of it comes in really nice looking bottles, and it will be nice for them to have some new perfume to wear to the New Year's Day parties they may be going to. Starting the New Year with a thoughtful, fun gift from friends is a good way to start the new year on a good footing.
